The City is actively planning the restoration of the long-drained Spring Creek, which will be become a central attraction for hikers, bikers, and those looking to enjoy the natural landscapes of the Rockford region. In addition to restoration, the City is working towards improving infrastructure to connect all of these areas via shared trails and improved roadways.
